2. Use of This Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use of this website by any other person. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, databases, administrative areas or related systems, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, scrape or extract content in an abusive manner, or use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purposes.

3. Service Enquiries and Quotations

Information displayed on our website about services, prices, packages or expected outcomes is provided for general information and may be changed at any time. A quotation, proposal or estimate provided by SuperSEOPlus is not binding until both parties agree to the scope of work, price, payment terms and any relevant project requirements. Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be subject to revision if the project scope, technical requirements, workload or client instructions change after the quotation has been issued.

4. SEO Services and Ranking Results

Search engine optimization involves many factors that are outside the direct control of SuperSEOPlus, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, website history, technical limitations, market conditions and actions taken by third parties. For this reason, SuperSEOPlus does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, first-page positions, traffic volumes, leads, sales, revenue or any particular business outcome unless such a guarantee is explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. We aim to apply professional, ethical and data-informed SEO practices designed to improve search visibility and website performance, but rankings and results may fluctuate over time.

5. Website Design and Development

Website design and development services are provided according to the agreed project scope. The client is responsible for supplying required information, branding materials, text, images, access credentials and other content unless the project agreement states otherwise. Delays in providing content, approvals, access or feedback may extend delivery times. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, changes requested outside the approved project scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information necessary for the delivery of services. The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for any text, images, logos, trademarks, databases, account credentials or other materials supplied to SuperSEOPlus. Clients must not request work that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, platform policies, advertising rules, privacy requirements or the rights of third parties.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal or service agreement. Depending on the service, SuperSEOPlus may require full payment, a deposit or milestone payments before work begins or continues. Where recurring services are provided, such as SEO management, advertising management, content services or ongoing website support, fees may be charged on a recurring basis according to the agreed billing cycle. Clients are responsible for paying invoices by the stated due date. SuperSEOPlus may suspend work or withhold delivery where payments are overdue.

8. Third-Party Costs

Some projects may require third-party products or services, including domain names, website hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock images, advertising spend, email platforms, analytics tools, software licences or external services. Unless specifically included in a written quotation, such third-party costs are the responsibility of the client. SuperSEOPlus is not responsible for changes in price, service interruptions, policy changes or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Advertising and Marketing Campaigns

Where SuperSEOPlus assists with paid advertising or marketing campaigns, the client remains responsible for advertising budgets and any charges imposed by advertising platforms unless otherwise agreed. Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta or other providers may review, reject, restrict or suspend advertisements or accounts according to their own policies. SuperSEOPlus cannot guarantee approval or continued availability of any advertising account, advertisement or platform feature.

10. Content and Information Supplied by Clients

SuperSEOPlus may use information supplied by the client when preparing websites, advertisements, SEO content, landing pages, marketing materials or other deliverables. The client is responsible for ensuring that claims, descriptions, pricing, product information, testimonials, legal statements and other supplied information are accurate and lawful.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SuperSEOPlus retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, systems, workflows, know-how, software, internal processes and reusable materials. Upon receipt of all amounts due, the client will generally receive the agreed rights to final custom deliverables created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party licences or restrictions. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, images, libraries or other licensed materials remain subject to the licence terms of their respective owners.

12. Portfolio and Project References

Unless otherwise agreed with the client, SuperSEOPlus may request permission to reference completed work in its portfolio, website or marketing materials. We will not knowingly disclose confidential client information in portfolio materials without appropriate permission.

13. Confidentiality

SuperSEOPlus will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information supplied by clients and will use such information only as reasonably necessary to perform agreed services, manage the business relationship or comply with legal obligations. Clients must also keep confidential any non-public technical, commercial or strategic information belonging to SuperSEOPlus that is disclosed during a project.

14. Access Credentials

Clients may provide access to websites, hosting accounts, analytics platforms, advertising accounts, social media profiles or other services when necessary for project delivery. Clients should use appropriate security practices and may change passwords after project completion where appropriate. SuperSEOPlus will take reasonable care when handling access credentials but is not responsible for security incidents caused by weak passwords, compromised third-party services, client devices, pre-existing vulnerabilities or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Project Timelines

Any delivery dates or time estimates are provided in good faith but may depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, third-party services and technical conditions. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines.

16. Revisions and Approval

The number and scope of revisions included in a service may be specified in the quotation or project agreement. Requests for extensive redesign, new features or substantial changes beyond the original scope may require an additional quotation. Where the client approves a design, page, campaign, content item or other deliverable, later changes may be treated as new work.

17. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service and project stage. If a client cancels work after services have begun, SuperSEOPlus may charge for work already completed, time committed, non-refundable third-party expenses and other costs reasonably incurred up to the date of cancellation.

18. Refunds

Because many SuperSEOPlus services involve professional time, custom work, digital deliverables or third-party expenses, payments are not automatically refundable once work has commenced. Any refund entitlement will depend on the specific circumstances, the work completed, the relevant service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Suspension or Termination of Services

SuperSEOPlus may suspend or terminate services where a client fails to make payment, repeatedly fails to provide required information, requests unlawful or abusive activity, breaches these terms or creates a significant security, legal or reputational risk.

20. No Guarantee of Business Results

Digital marketing, SEO, websites and advertising can support business growth but cannot guarantee commercial success. SuperSEOPlus does not guarantee particular levels of sales, enquiries, revenue, profitability, return on investment, traffic or customer acquisition unless expressly agreed in writing.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SuperSEOPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, data or reputation arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Website Availability

We aim to keep superseoplus.com available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of any page, feature or resource. We may modify, suspend or remove website content or functionality without prior notice.

23. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute endorsement. SuperSEOPlus is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies or practices of external websites.

24. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://superseoplus.com/privacy-policy/.

25. Changes to These Terms

SuperSEOPlus may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Where a specific governing law or jurisdiction is required for a client engagement, this may be specified separately in the relevant proposal, contract or service agreement.
